Current openings:           Retail Associate $14.00 - $15.20 per hour

Store Lead starting at $16.50 per hour                                                

Ecommerce starting at $16.50 per hour

Management positions starting at $25.00/hour

Goodwill Guide CoachFull Time starting wage $16.50 per hour

  • Coach: Provide on-the-job coaching to Goodwill team members and clients on strategies to be successful in their jobs.
  • Empower: Help team members and clients build the skills to navigate challenging situations on their own, from resolving conflict on the job to addressing life challenges such as finding childcare.
  • Develop: Guide team members and clients to set SMART goals and follow up on progress.
  • Connect: Put team members and clients in contact with resources in the community to address needs, such as food insecurity, healthcare, housing and parenting.
  • Manage Progress: Oversee growth and track achievements and challenges.
