WHY SONOMA COUNTY?

For RossDrulisCusenbery Architecture, a firm that has completed projects in over 30 U.S. States and internationally, Sonoma Valley might seem like an unlikely place to be headquartered. “It was a lifestyle decision,” explains Michael Ross, principal at RossDrulisCusenbery. “We want to be surrounded by the beauty of Sonoma Valley. Just a few minutes from our offices, we are in the vineyards.”

Ross credits telecommunication advancements for allowing his firm to locate in Sonoma County. “We get to work both globally and locally”, states Ross. He considers the region’s proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area an asset and key to the firm’s success. “Sonoma County is unique in that it combines a laid-back lifestyle and yet is still part of the intellectual and economic engine of the San Francisco Bay Area.” For RossDrulisCusenbery, Sonoma County offers the best of all worlds.
